From school supplies to fun activities, from helpful services to warm fellowship, we’re grateful for the chance to serve you and celebrate this season together. FREE Back to School Fair – Orlando Community Welcome! 🎒✏️
Join us for Solid Rock SDA Church of Orlando’s 1st Annual Back to School Community Fair – a fun, family-friendly event where kids can get ready for the new school year and our community can connect with amazing local providers. Best of all, it’s completely FREE! 🙌

To keep lines short and give every family a great experience, we’re using time-slot registration. When you register, please select the entry time that works best for you.
Your ticket will be valid for that time window, and you’re welcome to stay and enjoy the activities once you’ve checked in.

🤝 Calling All Providers & Sponsors
Are you a healthcare provider, barber, stylist, therapist, nonprofit, or local business interested in giving back? We are seeking providers and sponsors to offer free services or donate items.
No booth fee! This is a great opportunity for:
- Community exposure for your business or organization
- Serving families who could use some support
- Building long-term relationships in the neighborhood

To help keep our church a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, our campus is smoke-free and vape-free. Alcohol, foul language, and/or pets (unless a certified service animal) are not permitted on church grounds. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the grounds if needed. Is the event indoors or outdoors?
This is an indoor event, so it will take place rain or shine, and you’ll be comfortable regardless of the weather.
Do I need a ticket to attend?
Yes. Please register on Eventbrite in advance and reserve a free ticket for each child and adult attending so we can plan supplies and services for you. The free registration link is http://srbacktoschool.eventbrite.com
How does time-slot registration work?
When you register, you’ll select an entry time slot. Arrive during that window for check-in; once inside, you’re welcome to stay and enjoy the fair.
Is this event really free?
Yes. The event, services, backpacks, and school supplies are completely free for families.
What kind of services and items will be available?
We are planning to have physicians, nurses, backpacks, school supplies, and more (offerings may vary based on availability).
Is parking free and is handicap parking available?
Yes. Free parking is available on-site at the church parking lot. Please follow the parking team’s directions when you arrive. We also have designated handicap parking spots. If you need help, just let a member of our parking team know.
Are restrooms available?
Yes. Indoor restrooms will be open for guests during the event, with signs and volunteers to direct you.
Who can attend?
All families with school-aged children are welcome. You do not need to be a member of Solid Rock SDA Church to attend. This is for the community!
What should we bring?
Bring your Eventbrite confirmation (on your phone or printed) and any information you might need for health-related questions or forms. Children should come with a parent or guardian.
Can I come if I didn’t register?
Walk-ins may be accepted as space and supplies allow, but registered guests will be given priority. We strongly recommend registering ahead of time.
How can I sign up as a provider or sponsor?
If you are a barber, healthcare provider, community organization, or business interested in serving or donating, please use the provider sign-up information on the Eventbrite page or contact the church office for details.
What is Beryl Wisdom Adventist School?
Beryl Wisdom Adventist School is a caring, Christ‑centered PreK–8 school dedicated to helping every child succeed academically, spiritually, and socially. As part of the Florida Conference Seventh‑day Adventist education system, the school provides a safe, nurturing environment with a strong focus on learning, character, and community. It is the church school of Solid Rock, and is located here on the church campus.
Families can expect small class sizes, committed faculty and staff, and a curriculum grounded in Biblical values. Located in the heart of Orlando, Beryl Wisdom welcomes students of all backgrounds and is passionate about guiding young learners to grow in knowledge, faith, and purpose.
We currently have close to 150 students in Pre-K through 8th. We accept Step Up Scholarships and more. Our students graduate and go on to become successful and well-rounded high school students and college graduates. We have many current medical doctors, social workers, nurses, physical therapists, PhD’s, pastors, and educators that have come out of Beryl Wisdom.
